About the Role
We are currently looking for a confident, outgoing full time, fully flexible Store Manager to represent our brand in our Harlow store. We pride ourselves on our superior customer service and the ability to create long-lasting customer relationships. When you join the team, you’ll be:
- General management of the store
- Achieving KPI targets designed to make the store the best it can be
- Setting the highest standards of customer service, leading your team by example
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Cash handling
- Leading a team
- Inspiring and managing the team to deliver amazing levels of service
- Coaching the team to become experts in our products
- Embrace and embed the Robert Goddard culture
About You
In order to be successful in the role, you’ll need the following:
- Proven experience as a retail manager ready for a new challenge, ideally with experience within the fashion industry
- A relentless and can-do attitude to strive to exceed expectations
- Well-developed relationship building skills
- Highly proactive and forward thinking with a can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- The ability to work in a close-knit team
- Sound knowledge of the brands that we stock
