What You’ll Do:
The Email Marketing Coordinator will work on the execution of email campaigns in the EMEA and ROW regions, consisting of 51 countries in total with the opportunity of expansion. The individual will be a key contributor in managing the email program for Michael Kors, collaborating with the Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Buying, Design, and the Operations Team to drive email channel support for omni-channel initiatives. The Coordinator will support the daily execution of marketing and trigger emails, track key email metrics on an ongoing basis, derive insights from results, and share recommendations with the broader internal teams, including campaign planning.
  • Organise the email process workflow, partnering closely with cross functional teams to ensure on-time asset delivery and email approval
  • Coordinate the campaign briefing process working with Design, Translations, Trade and Operations
  • Assisting with management of content calendars
  • Plan, test and analyse both new and existing lifecycle programs
  • Support the Email team with testing for the new program and product launches
  • Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and competitor activities
  • Assist the wider marketing and communication team with administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis in order to meet team wide deadlines
  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to analyse overall email performance
You’ll Need to Have:
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in email/CRM marketing
  • Solid understanding of email KPIs and deriving insights for wider business reporting and actions
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities preferably fashion/retail
  • Previous ESP exposure preferred i.e. Oracle. Cheetah, Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivation
  • Analytical and creative problem solving
  • Good time management skills
  • Computer literacy– Excel, PPT, Word
  • Capability to work in team – with excellent relationship-building skills
