Job Description
Job title: Graphic Designer & Content Creator
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Direct Reports: None
Location: Hybrid, minimum two days office based (Putney)
Department overview:
The regional marketing team work closely with the global marketing team and other EMEA departments, to build the Snap Fitness brand through compelling brand campaigns and best-in-class activation into the market, to get more members and keep them, as well as acquire new franchisees.
Purpose of the Role:
As Graphic Designer & Content Creator, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider marketing teams and be focused on producing high-quality multimedia assets for a wide range of creative briefs, whilst owning our regional social content development.
Key Accountabilities:
- Global campaigns Support in the ideation of global campaign creative concepts, owning the development of all digital and print assets for the region following the guidance provided by our partnering design agency and global brand guidelines.
- Regional creative: Develop creative concepts for regional projects such as our charity partnership, in-club events and franchise marketing and own design requests directly from clubs. Work across new club design assets including window vinyls, wall art, billboards and posters.
- Social content: Owning the social content development, posting and monitoring with a focus on increasing reach and engagement across Instagram and TikTok, and getting our club teams to create their own content through recommendations. This will occasionally require visits to gyms to create content.
- Video and photograph editing: Edit video and photo content in a variety of different formats and sizes to be used across campaigns.
Experience required:
- Minimum 12 months experience in graphic design and social content production
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premier Pro.
- Ability to take great photos and videos for posting on social.
- Good understanding of different social platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok, from an engagement and design perspective.
- Using initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Strong communicator and great at building relationships.
- Managing projects within time frame given.
- A real interest in fitness would be a plus.
