FASHION MARKETING CLIENT EXPERIENCE INTERN
A broad role that supports the activities and operations of the Fashion Marketing and CRM team to ensure strong support of our retail teams and ensure we are providing a luxury experience for our clients through all touchpoints. You will collaborate with various departments at both a UK & Global level, exchanging information and liaising with various levels of management. A willingness to learn quickly, problem solve and a strong attention to detail will be key to success in this role.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
Communications, Digital & Direct Marketing
- Support Digital Marketing communications through the briefing, testing & analysis of email campaigns
- Assist with distilling internal communications, such as updating content of digital back-office screens, preparing for the publication of the internal magazine The Client Service Post, building Morning Briefings & Communiques
- Reviewing competitor activity, to help inform the Marketing team to optimise or build new communication strategies
Retail Support
- Coordinating the briefing, printing and/or distribution of retail collateral, such as printed cards and brochures
Events
- Assist as required, in collaboration with the VIC & Events Intern on the logistics and operational needs around events, such as gifting preparations, invitation management
