Main description

Fashion-Enter has an opportunity to join the team as a Junior Social Media Content Creator!

Responsibilities include:

  • Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales
  • Ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice
  • Conducting research on the key SEO terms and incorporating them into the content to achieve maximum viewership
  • Measuring and monitoring company website and social media traffic statistics
  • Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics
  • Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
  • Stay up to date with latest industry trends and practices
  • Find and engage with micro influencers to collaborate with across all Fashion-Enter brands
  • Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries
  • Supporting direct and upper management with tasks required to support the company

Candidate Profile:

  • Ability to match up with fast paced work life
  • Ability to work efficiently maintaining high quality and accuracy
  • Goal oriented and customer oriented

Skill Required:

  • Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.
  • Ability to work with creative tools like Adobe. Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
  • Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.
  • Extensive knowledge of the popular social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organisational skills.
  • Skills to get into the details, proofread and edit content before publishing.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.

Training to be Provided:

  • In-house mentoring
  • Level 3 Content Creator

Things to consider:

The apprenticeship programme and employment are inclusive of each other. You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the training and job role.

You will work at Fashion -Enter Ltd 80% of the time, and study in further education 20% of the time.

Qualifications Required:

Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Future Prospects:

We will review all future progress based on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
