We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to work in an established early intervention and integrated safeguarding team.
The successful candidate will be part of a locality Family Hub team and carry a caseload of families new to Derby providing early help support package for families and children.
The role also involves the delivery of group work for children 0-19 and their families across the locality.
You will also be required to:
- Working closely with partner agencies and across a range of sites
- Deliver Core Purpose services from various venues to improve outcomes for children 0-19 and their families within the locality
- Ensure service delivery meets quality standards in line with EYFS
- Ensure cases are worked in line with the Early Help Case Guidance
The successful candidate will have excellent understanding of working with children and families including seeking asylum and new to the UK with a commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children and young people.
