Farmer Gow's offers a new position - Farm Shop & Customer Service Assistant.
The position will support existing staff in the shop, kitchen and tea room.
What we are looking for:
We aim to provide the best possible experience for our visitors and customers. We therefore encourage applicants who are cheerful, keen to learn and interested in joining and supporting a small but dedicated permanent staff.
All training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
These roles are varied and will include
· Customer service in Shop and Tea Room
· Supporting the preparation and serving of refreshment orders
· Restocking refreshments, gifts and toys
· Farm Park opening and closing procedures
· Assisting with birthday parties
· Basic computer skills including updating our online shop
Training will be provided for all tasks.
Upper body uniform will be provided.
There is one position available
- Term time - Sunday, 9.30 am to 5.30pm
- School holidays - negotiate 2-3 days per week
Additional hours/days may also be available
The working day starts at 9:30am and ends at 5:30pm
Hourly rate will depend on age and experience
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7.5 per week
Salary: £5.50-£9.00 per hour
