Job description
We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled, enthusiastic, motivated leader to manage the Family Information Service, responsible for cascading information about the Governments complete childcare offer by non-registered and registered childcare and early education providers in the city of Hull.
You will need to be proficient in dealing with customer enquiries, experienced in planning and delivering services and manage activity and performance targets.
You will have to demonstrate that you have the skills and ability to lead on the development and implementation of the Governments National Pathfinder Scheme to introduce or expand childcare provision on either side of the school day by 2026 working in partnership with schools and private providers.
You need to be able to work flexibly as part of the wider Early Years team to ensure that the Local Authority statutory duties are met; as well as coach and mentor staff.
