- Salary: £24,000 to £33,000 per annum (or pro-rata) + pension scheme and bonus

SeeByte, the global market leader in the development of smart software for uncrewed maritime systems, are looking to recruit an Office Administrator,with a focus on providing efficient day-to-day support to our Operations Department, based in the Edinburgh office. The Office Administrator will be dedicated to coordinating efforts and helping to achieve a consistent way of working across the business.

Main Purpose of the Role
The Office Administrator will assist with office management and administration duties across the business and as required by the Operations Team. Example duties are listed below but actual duties will depend on experience and aptitude:
- A range of clerical tasks, examples include: inputting and processing data; filing; preparing reports; scanning documents
- Raising and tracking purchase orders
- Preparing invoicing for customers and assisting with payroll
- Dealing with telephone enquiries and visitors in a courteous, professional, and knowledgeable way
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies, co-ordinating office spaces and meeting rooms and associated catering
- Organising relevant inductions and training sessions for employees
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Ensuring that administration is processed and completed accurately, efficiently and in the timescale required to support the team
This role will rapidly expand in scope and responsibility to match your own capabilities. This could lead to Recruitment & Personnel Management, Bookkeeping duties and/or Facilities Management.
