As part of the Early Help and Child Protection Service, this role will be responsible for supporting the design and transformation of services to meet the Government requirements associated with the National Family Hub Programme. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of the Knowsley response the Government's Family Hubs Programme, the management of the physical and financial resources associated with it and engaging the wider Partnership to build a consensus around the delivery of Family Hubs in Knowsley.
The post holder will support the Family Hubs Transformation Manager to co-ordinate the development of the partnership programme delivery plan with a particular focus on ensuring robust plans are in place for the funded streams of the programme. Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the Family Hubs transformation element of the plan. The role will plan and deliver against the programme requirements, promoting stakeholder and family engagement, develop the offer and use allocated funding where required within expected timescales. The role will support the Family Hubs Transformation Manager with liaising with relevant Government departments, preparing and submitting financial and progress updates and preparing briefings and decision reports for internal Council bodies as required.
