About the role

The Faculty EA is a pivotal role within the Faculty Office team, providing high level EA support to the Director of Operations and Deputy to the Dean, along with comprehensive administrative assistance to the Faculty Executive Officer and Dean of the Faculty. They will work closely with those in the Faculty Office team to provide support across the breadth of the Faculty’s activities.

  • This is a 12 month secondment opportunity, available to eligible UCL staff only. Eligible UCL staff will have until the closing date to be considered for this role.

About you

The Faculty EA will have experience of providing senior level administrative and secretarial support to those in key leadership positions. They must have strong organisational and problem-solving skills to be able to manage a busy and varied workload, with a proactive, strategic mindset.
