The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and the flexibility and desire to be multi-skilled to support and cover a varied role, which covers all aspects of the warehouse, loading and unloading of vehicles and some local delivery driving. Scope of Job

  • Manufacturing a variety of plant-based products using machinery and other techniques.
  • Accurate in time completion of quality checks and paperwork.
  • Taking ownership of your roles and a desire to gain product knowledge and always provide outstanding levels of quality, product and service.
  • Flexibility and the ability to multitask, plan and prioritising your daily workloads
  • Ensure that you and your colleagues work in a safe and healthy environment at all times.
  • Continuously high standards of housekeeping

Our ideal candidate...

  • Ideally have experience working in a fast-paced varied food manufacturing environment and hold the ability to work under pressure, although training and support will be provided, so if you have limited experience but feel you are a good fit, are keen and have a willingness to learn, we actively encourage you to apply
  • Excellent standards of housekeeping throughout each working day, be involved in factory cleaning to continually maintain highest possible standards

Ability to be confident, tenacious and resilient within a varied role.

  • Experience within the FMCG/Food Production industry is desired but not essential
  • Holding a full driving licence would be advantageous (But not essential).
  • Ideally hold a minimum of Level 2 food hygiene or a willingness to learn. The business will provide this as part of your induction if required (for the right candidate).
  • If you hold an FLT licence this would be advantageous although not essential
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills would be advantageous

The role will involve…

4 day working week Monday to Thursday (7am – 5pm) with a Friday half day rota.

Pay £11.00 per hour

20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and additional day off for your Birthday, plus an additional days holiday per year for each year of service for the first 5 years to a maximum of 25 days.

Company pension on successful completion of probationary period.

Based at our Bradford, West Yorkshire Site.
