Job description
We are a medium electrical installation company who work with local councils in carrying out repairs and installations.
We are looking for a office junior/apprentice to join our team. You will be given the opportunity to work in different departments and job roles to broaden your knowledge and expand on your skills/ability. We guid and support our starters to grow with the company and offer them addition training and courses.
Main Duties will include:
- Using in-house system to manage and track projects
- Booking appointments with residents
- Matching Delivery Notes with corresponding Supplier invoices in the Supplier invoices folder
- Updating works trackers to ensure all jobs are completed on time
- Leasing with managers and clients to provide updates and progress reports
- Arranging management meeting and taking minuets to send reports to employees
- Filing and organisation of documents, both electronic and hard copies.
- Managing and updating documents
- Assisting with administrative duties, as and when required.
- Answering the telephone
- Data entry
- Typing up document, responding to emails, managing diaries
Qualifications:
- ICT
- Microsoft Office package
- Maths
- English
Sills/Attributes & Experiance:
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, especially using Excel to create and update data bases and spread sheets.
- Verbal and written communication – Dealing with queries and complaints as well as arranging appointments.
- Time management skill – To be able to priorities and manage work load.
- One years experience in an administration role
- Experience in using job management system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £7.49-£11.95 per hour
