In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your teams and supply partners deliver safe, compliant services on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail. You will be a key point of contact between our customer, wider ISS teams, and building users, and will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all stakeholders.
As a Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of our customers.
You will have a track record of successfully managing facilities teams, including supply partners, and will have a deep understanding of the importance of safety and compliance in facilities management. You will be an excellent communicator, with strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Always manage your team effectively to ensure high levels of individual and collective performance delivering the contractual KPI’s as a minimum
- Ensure effective and timely delivery of supplier services to agreed timescales, service requirement, scope, and quality
- Understand and work within the contract to ensure that services are delivered to the agreed standard
- Track and control contract costs and provide clear and timely reporting
- Provide monthly building checks and compliance audits
- Supporting any events in and out of normal working hours
- You will act as the on call point of escalation for the site in and out of core business hours
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in Total FM preferred, but applicants who have either a Hard FM or Soft FM background also encourage to apply
- IOSH Managing Safely (preferred) but will be given as part of the role
- Proven track record of achievement in a commercial, client-facing role
- Experience of managing Total Facility Services (desirable)
- Track record of supplier contract management
- Managing team performance and output to a high standard
- Managing change in teams and in service performance
