The role will take responsibility for all front of house duties at one of our two busy Leicester sites, whilst supporting the other site across the road when needed also.
Whilst you will be the first port of call for all visitors to the building and responsible for the main telephone, you will form a key part of our dedicated Facilities team and as such will assist with general office support, site maintenance, health and safety, stock management, security, and first aid.
You will look after multiple mailboxes and ensure all emails are dealt with promptly and accurately.
There are definite paths to progression within this role when established as the team continues to grow, both within a Reception capacity, or across the wider Facilities team. For the right candidate we would be happy to consider future IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety & Health) qualifications as well as supplemental First Aid and Fire Warden training.

For you to do all of this, we will need a few bits from you…
You’ll need to have some Customer Service experience and a desire to really make a positive impact to our team.
You will be confident and pro-active, with strong communication skills, both in person, on the phone and via email, and a professional yet personable approach.
Finally, you will have a good level of general education and be competent across the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint)
