National Account Manager
Location : Manchester H/O and remote based (split)

Here’s a taste of what you will be doing:
Deliver the targeted Kellogg's KPI's for financial periods. Targets on input/output KPI's and Internal/External KPI's- Build a strategic partnership with customers to enable delivery of the Kellogg's plan for the short and long term
- Deliver quarterly and annual internal output targets vs budget & Vs prior year. Net Sales Value, Trade Allowance, Net sales value per Kg, Net contribution
- Deliver annual internal input targets - Category Vision, Assortment, Distribution, Price & Pack, Visibility, Promo Plan & Pressure, Activation, Trade Strategy, Supply Chain
- Develop accurate volume forecasts with the customer and input into Sales & Operation process to ensure robust forecast accuracy. Accountable for ensuring alignment to the Sales and Operation planning process and managing the Risks & Ops for the account through to execution
- Lead the customer relationship including the creation and management of annual plans and building the business for long term mutual benefit
- Be the voice of the customer internally and champion what's needed to win in the customer. Work cross functionally Commercial Strategy, Category Management, Marketing and relevant others internally to develop solutions and create plans to win.
- Ensure all aspects of administration and stewardship internally and with the customer are accurate and timely
About you:
An excellent communicator, influencing and being able to build rapport- Experience in FMCG
- Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work well across functions both internally and externally
- Tenacity and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and engaging experiences to all your accounts
- Good commercial acumen and be able to analyse and interpret vast amounts of data to drive revenue and market share for Kellogg’s
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Worked effectively towards business and strategy plans to drive sales and market share
- Positive and resilient attitude
- You should be able to excel at working both by yourself (as the role is home based) and in a team
- Desire and hunger to learn, develop and progress within the business
- Foodservice experience preferential
Additional Information:
Hybrid role, Office and remote working- A need to stay away overnight on occasion
- A need to be flexible with hours where necessary
