• Demonstrating your wide product knowledge and sharing your enthusiasm for our products
• Showing your creative flair in our visual merchandising; window and boutique displays
• Operating proficiently our POS system and our back-office systems
• You’ll keep an eye on those popular fast sellers, and let our Retail Manager know when we’ll need to order more!
• Working 25 hours a week over 5 days in our beautiful Corner Shop, assisting guests and processing transactions
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• You’re a go-getter by nature and have a can-do attitude, always willing to help
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail

• About gratuities & service charge:

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the estate that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role
• It is estimated that in 2023, our part time employees can expect to receive around £1.48 in addition to their hourly rate
