We are offering a salary of £21,674 working on a day/night rota of 37.5 hours per week (£11.115 per hour) with a superb benefits package including:

We are one of the top performing abstinence based residential drug and alcohol abuse rehabilitation centres in the UK on the look-out for that special kind of person who can communicate well with people and is motivated to make a difference in people's lives.
The purpose of this role is to enable residents living in our accommodation to build, develop and utilise independent living skills in order to re-integrate back into the community whilst empowering them through the provision of a safe and secure living environment.
Qualifications / Experience:
You will ideally have:
At least one years’ experience in providing support to others with the ability to develop productive relationships with residents and colleagues
Motivation and a willingness to learn.
Skills/Abilities:
