Job description
· Deliver excellent customer service at all times
· Assist and support the Spa and Leisure manager at all times
· Ensure all guests receive a SimpsInns experience from the moment they arrive at Si! Spa
· Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
· Assist with bookings and cancellations as per the company standard procedures
· Ensure excellent product knowledge and be ready to advise customers with any queries
· Communicate all feedback from customers back to the reception manager
· Understanding of computerised booking system and general procedures
· Attend training courses, both in-house and externally, as required
· Always adhere to company policies and procedures
· Be involved and contribute at team meetings
· Carry out instructions by senior team members
· Assist other departments when necessary
· Maintain excellent communication between departments and ensure all messages are handled in a professional manner
· Administration duties as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week
Salary: £10.58 per hour
