Our client, a market leading residential property management organisation are on the search for a Facilities Manager to oversee a number of properties across Birmingham.
As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Housekeeping and Facilities teams to maintain a well-kept, safe, secure, compliant and efficient environment across a cluster of properties, with support from the Team Leaders. This includes taking ownership of planned and reactive maintenance and housekeeping, and ensuring your team provide our students with a world-class and responsive service.
The ideal candidate will be a Facilities/ Estate Manager (soft or hard facilities management experience) ideally with residential or hotel experience. You will be qualified to IOSH or NEBOSH standard and have experience of managing a small Facilities Team. Due to the nature of the role you will have good technical knowledge and experience of overseeing a building maintenance programme.
in return, our client is offering a salary up to £41,000 per annum alongside a strong package which includes Excellent training to support your learning and development.
