Job description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Facilities Management Team.
You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of building management, building cleaning and caretaking services across a range of Northumberland County Council buildings in the south east / central area. Although you could, on occasions, be required to work anywhere across the County.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have considerable experience of supervision and delivery of all, or one of the Facilities services (building management, building cleaning and caretaking). You must possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate strong customer care skills.
