Disney’s Talent Acquisition team is interested in a Manager, Account Management supporting our businesses. The Talent Acquisition Process and Solutions team ensures TA professionals have the tools they need to discover, nurture, assess and advocate for talent, candidates have an experience worthy of Disney and our employees are supported in achieving their career goals.

What you will do

  • Lead the businesses through continued change by modeling critical leadership behaviors including optimism and resiliency.
  • Build Talent Acquisition business and functional competence across areas as a consultative strategic thought partner that delivers on business objectives, anticipates needs and develops solutions.
  • Bring together opportunities to unlock commonalities across processes, pipelines, and tools to increase effectiveness.
  • Represent the day in the life, end user perspective of the recruiters and other talent acquisition functions.
  • Immerse in business to conduct a needs assessment that inventories capabilities, gaps, and recommendations.
  • Develop roadmap to include core technology needs as well as augmenting capabilities and solutions to modernize, automate, and differentiate Disney recruitment experiences.
  • Deliver against roadmap and desired business outcomes.
  • Be a creative problem solver establishing paths forward to complex problems in a sophisticated and interconnected Talent Acquisition ecosystem.
  • Ensure superb execution of Talent Acquisition processes, routines, and experiences to increase value and effectiveness.
  • Enable superb communication and execution through effective project and organizational change.

What to bring

  • Demonstrated experience supporting a Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working in businesses space supporting talent acquisition practices.
  • Team leadership with shown success in leading teams through inspiration, development, organizational change, and operational effectiveness.
  • Consistent record implementing change within an organization, ensuring understanding, participation, knowledge and skill transfer, and ownership.
  • Superior organizational and process management skills as demonstrated by an ability to handle multiple detailed projects and drive towards results in increasingly dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional ability to make timely and effective decisions and produce results through planning and thought.
  • Consistent track record to evaluate project objectives and scope feasibility, gain understanding, schedule resources, and handle budget to plan.
  • Advanced communication and framing skills to deliver concise messages and stories across all levels of leadership.
  • Highly advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues.
  • Advanced persuasion skills when working with internal partners and external providers to resolve issues/problems.
  • Confirmed understanding of recruiting platforms/tools or technology and systems approach.
