Job description
The Cashier will provide an Amazing Customer Experience through helpful and friendly service that ensures customer needs are being met and encourages customers to make Ziegler's Ace Hardware their store of choice.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Provide a positive representation of Ziegler's Ace Hardware
- Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates
- Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment
- Proactively assist customers throughout the store with personal, customized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time
- Properly assist with receiving, stocking, and pricing of all merchandise
- Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area
