Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 08.30am - 17.30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Bloomsbury Way, London, WC1A 2SL

What you'll be doing;
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the London office
- Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as liaise with building management and security, manage subcontractors and maintenance, organising cleaning, waste disposal and recycling ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Arrange requests for staff as required, including booking meetings / lunches / cabs/ staff passes
- Monitoring London Reception's calendar and inbox, taking calls and directing them
- Arranging catering deliveries for Townhall meetings, setting up layout of training room and liaising with IT support
- Attend building management meetings as and when required
- Log and manage the budget for facilities expenditure
- Ensure building fabric is maintained
- Ensure the planned and corrective maintenance is completed
- Log requests with the helpdesk
- Manage post, couriers and deliveries
- Taking inventory of office supplies and order more if needed
- Developing, implementing and maintaining office policies and administrative systems and setting up procedures to improve processes and efficiency.
- Ensuring the office is a safe environment for all staff and visitors, by thoroughly monitoring health and safety procedures and policies
What we're looking for;
- Experience in a Facilities Management Lead/office manager would be advantageous, although applicants with senior-level administrative experience will be considered
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience of working with a range of internal staff members and external contacts.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- A driven, motivated attitude with the ability to use your own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Being able to proactively deal with any issues to keep the office running smoothly
- Flexibility to work outside of core business hours when needed
