We are currently on the lookout for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join us on a full time, permanent basis on our Waitrose contract, covering 2 sites in Milton Keynes (they’re very close together!). You’ll work a fixed shift, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,859.00 per annum, inclusive of night shift allowance. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Fault finding, repairs and maintenance of all mechanical equipment, ensuring the continuous maintenance of the equipment and overall uptime of the operation
- Accurate completion of maintenance reports and inspection records, making sure that all aspects of QSHE standards and HACCP acts are always maintained
- Identify and progress continuous improvement opportunities within the department and across all areas of the operation, enhancing the service to our customer
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3
- Experience working in a similar facilities or engineering environment would be advantageous, but we will consider those from other backgrounds
- A flexible approach is a must and can-do attitude is a must!
- A team player with a good level of IT skills
