UHNW private client requires experienced Security person to work a 12 hour shift on a rotational basis. The shifts will either be 18:30-06:30 or 06:30-18:30, Monday to Sunday, usually working no more than five days/nights out of seven. This role is shared between three security guards, to ensure security is covered 24/7. Therefore, flexibility in terms of working days and shifts will be required.
Based at the main residence in Central London you will also be required to perform visual checks on a few other properties close by. In addition to the main security, other tasks include feeding/walking the Principal's dogs, and minor DIY repairs such as changing light bulbs etc.
The main security duties include:
- Monitoring access to the property at all times, ensuring no one enters the property without prior approval, and reporting any unexpected arrivals.
- Monitoring CCTV at all times unless patrolling/dog walking
- Patrol and inspect property at three hourly intervals throughout the night shift
- Be well versed in appropriate emergency procedures eg fire, security threat
- Remain at your post until relieved, in order to maintain a continuous security operation
Applicants must have:
- Extensive UNHW private security experience.
- Experience working in the security industry, particularly working in a high-end property with complex BMS system
- Be flexible and sensitive to the needs of a family home
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Hold valid First Aid and Fire Marshall certificates
- A clean DBS record (essential)
c. £300 per shift. Working preferably on a contractual/self employed basis (although annual salary possibly open for discussion if preferred)
