- Supporting the UK and Ireland Project Management topics, advising, consulting and giving technical directions to working groups.
- Supporting UK and Ireland Real Estate team in management of budget, timelines and deliverables and doing regular reviews with management
- Developing and implementing strategies to identify, qualify and target opportunities.
- Managing activities and resources in the working groups and Service Teams
- Supporting and achieving regional Real Estate objectives set by the Business and central teams
- Developing relationships with internal customers and influencers within the Service Teams network, coordinating multiple site Energy and Building projects.
- Marketing activities to increase our presence as Global Real Estate the UK and Ireland, presenting individual cases to relevant stakeholders
Education
- Degree in Facilities Management, Chartered Surveying or Mechanical Engineering
Essential experience within:
- Sustainable building practices and technologies
- Renewable energy
- Industrial Air Ventillation, Heating and Cooling systems
- Compressed air
- Building controls
- Working in teams
- Project leading
