Founder Sam Secomb - an award winning Chartered Financial Planner with decades of experience who is on a mission to pass this knowledge onto the next generation of financial advisers whilst building it to be deliberately different, celebrating women and the way they prefer to work.
We have built a business model designed to support determined and capable candidates become successful business owners - our state of the art virtual training academy ensures you get all the knowledge and skills you need. The training provided is worth over £15,000 so we are looking for those who are ready to take on a new challenge of running their own business. Our collaborative and supportive network provides encouragement, support and practical help to make it all pop!
The network will shape the culture of Women's Wealth - we are looking for 12 Money Mentors across the next year, who want to make a difference and be a positive influence in the lives of women whilst building their own valuable and successful business.

About the Role
We are now looking to build our brand, reaching even further and are looking for motivated and empathetic people to join us in achieving our mission.
Whether you are considering a complete career change into financial services or you are familiar with the sector and looking for a different environment and a new challenge, this is an exciting business to be part of.
The role requires you to learn and study the following:
· Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
· Coaching skills
· Business building knowledge
· Marketing and communication abilities
Don’t worry – we will train you in all of the above! Your role will then involve building your own client bank of women, providing them with coaching and mentoring, and where necessary, referring for full financial advice.
You will be targeted to work with a number of clients each year (which we will help you find with our marketing training) and your earnings will rise in line with the number of women you are able to work with and support.
About You
The ability to learn and understand the world of financial services is important.
However, just as important is the ability to empathise with others, to coach and support them and to help empower them to make savvy choices in their financial lives.
Previous experience is not required, nor are any particular qualifications, as we will provide you with all the training and skills required.
Instead, a motivation to build your own business, to embody and share the Women’s Wealth ethos and to work in a collaborative and supportive way are key. You will be good at building relationships and collaborating with people, while imparting technical knowledge where required.
How much can I earn?
In year 2 - up to £29,000 and over £100,000 from year 5!
