Facilities Administrator

Network Plus is now one of the UK’s leading utility and infrastructure providers, with offices and depots stretching from Carlisle to the South coast. We deliver services to clients and the public 24/7/365.
Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. We provide traffic management through our sister businesses; Go Traffic Management and Capital Traffic Management. Vegetation management and tree cutting activities are provided through EOS Contracting.

Our Role
As a Facilities Administrator, you will report directly to the Facilities Manager and provide proactive daily support to ensure our depots are safe and compliant. This role will ensure we maintain a high standard of our facilities for our staff, clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to:
- Take the lead on all facilities issues for our Worsley depot
- Liaise with suppliers to book in the required services when due; supporting compliance throughout our property portfolio
- Support with the distribution of work to the maintenance team
- Ensure the weekly & monthly depot security checks are completed
- Assess and monitor facility repairs to ensure best quality and value
- Ensure compliance, through statutory and mandatory requirements set by governing bodies and the Facilities Manager, allowing us to demonstrate best practice throughout our property portfolio
- Deal with daily requests to the facilities inbox; prioritising and closing out the issues raised
- Update all live address lists as the portfolio develops
- Manage and prioritise emergency requests
Experience and Qualifications
· Previous experience in an administrative role
· Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office
· Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
· Exceptional attention to detail
