Seymours are one of Surrey's leading estate agents, currently looking for a copywriter to integrate into the in house marketing team.
We're looking for an individual full of enthusiasm, creativity and a wizard with the English language to help communicate our brand message across printed, online and social media.
Seymours offer a unique proposition to our clients, learning our company ethos and approach will be essential to conveying our brand message.
The ideal candidate will have experience wiritng for the real estate or new homes industries. First hand experience of the estate agency sector isn't necessarily essential but knowledge of the house buying selling and renting process would be an advantage, as the right candidate will be writing a variety of content for the sales, lettings and prestige homes sectors.
The copywriter will be responsible for:
- Blog and magazine article writing
- Social Media content captions and posting
- Direct Mail
- Email communications
- Proof reading
- Sales copy with call to actions
You'll be joining a fun and growing marketing team and need to demonstrate experience in writing persuasive sales copy for both online and print.
Hybrid working setup 3 days in office in Surrey, 2 days work from home.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
