The University of Oxford is seeking an organised and meticulous individual to join our Estates Services team as a Facilities Administration Assistant. You will help support operations across Oxford's prestigious campuses by managing financial records, purchase orders, invoices and more.

As our Facilities Administration Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:

To Be Successful You'll Need:
- Great communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize dynamically
- Excellent IT skills including Office programs
- Knowledge and experience using Oracle Financials
- Experience in facilities administration or related finance roles - accounts payable experience a plus
- Diplomacy and professionalism dealing with issues
