Financial Services Regulatory Associate (3 years PQE+)

The team includes an award-winning former partner of leading UK and US law firms, and senior and junior lawyers who have gained experience in private practice, investment firms, fund managers, payments services firms and regulators.

What will you be responsible for?


You will also be responsible for and be expected to have experience of the following:


  • providing legal and regulatory advice on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues, including compliance, governance, and risk management;
  • advising on UK and EU regulations which may include (but are not limited to): FSMA, MiFID II, UCITS V, AIFMD, CASS, CRD IV, EMIR, CCA and PSD2;
  • implementing legal and regulatory change projects, including the development of template agreements and negotiation guidelines;
  • knowledge of ESG regulation and oversee ESG regulatory implementation; and
  • drafting memorandums of advice.

  • has at least 3 years of post- qualification experience in financial regulation;

  • has excellent research and drafting skills;
  • has strong organisational skills and can multi-task;
  • has a strong interest in business development;
  • can think quickly on their feet and can take initiative; and
  • has good interpersonal skills and is a good team player.
