EBC Group, an established MSP based in Halesowen with over 30 years of experience, are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager.
This is an exciting role within an established and growing business which offers the right candidate excellent earning potential as well as the opportunity to progress within the company.
The role
The primary role of the Account Manager is to maintain, develop and grow existing client base and associated contractual renewal values. This will be done through the creation of strategic account planning, building relationships, and developing a ‘go to market’ strategy for EBC Group’s products and services. It is expected that the successful candidate will achieve increasing volumes and expand market share delivering against budgets and targets outlined by our business.
The ideal candidate must have:-
- Good competency levels of knowledge relating to IT Infrastructure including on-premise, hybrid and cloud solutions and services
- Knowledge of UCaaS and Managed Print Solutions
- A record of demonstrable achievement within a target driven environment
- Self-motivation, tenacity and able to work with a degree of autonomy
- Methodical approach with good attention to detail delivering accuracy in your work
- Enthusiastic approach and customer focused.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including telephone and face - face
- Capability to upsell and/or cross sell opportunities in order to maximise outcome
- An understanding of data to allow for analysis, supporting a proactive approach to client and wider workload
- An ownership of learning
- An understanding of the Cyber Security threat landscape and knowledge of risk mitigation would be advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Account management: 2 years (required)
- IT, telephony and unified comms sales: 2 years (required)
