We are looking for experienced warehouse operative/picker and packers to start immediately on a temp to perm contract.
Shifts available: 5 over 7
Monday to Friday 6am-2.30pm /1.15pm-9.45pm
Monday to Friday 7am-3.30pm /1.15pm-9.45pm
With 1 to 2 Sundays per month working 7am-3.30pm ( Enhanced pay rate)
Also a degree of flexibility will be required in busy sale periods as you could be working an extra 2 hours per day.
Your duties will include:
- Processing returns
- Picking single & multiple orders
- Using picking sheets & scanners to pick items
- Packing items ready to go out to customers
- Working to picking & packing targets
- Using trolleys & other equipment/machinery safely
Pay grades:
£9.90 per hour Monday to Friday Overtime after 40 hours per week is £12.38 per hour
Enhanced Sunday pay rate £11.90 per hour
Work a 6th /7th day pay rate £14.85 per hour!
The right candidate must be reliable, have a strong work ethic and good time keeping and attendance
The role has the potential to be a 12 week temp to perm contract for the right candidate. In order to be successful at getting a permanent job after 12 weeks you need to be reliable, driven to hit targets, be flexible in your approach to work and have a reasonable level of spoken & written English.
