Logic4training is the UK’s leading Training and Assessment provider within the building services sector, encompassing gas, oil, electric, plumbing, refrigeration, renewable energy, smart meter and new entrant’s courses. We provide high spec training and assessment facilities for our employees to work from to be able to deliver the best training to our candidates. We are now looking for a new Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our Sales Team at Logic4training’s Head office in Northolt
Requirements
- Sales experience on the phone or face to face.
- Proven success in your sales ability, confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.
- Confidence to sell services and upsell on course training materials.
- Computer literate, including the use of outlook, word and excel.
- Experience in administration tasks such as sales mailshots and logging sales leads.
- Exceptional telephone manner.
- Strong focus on high level customer service, including telephone and face to face experience.
- Positive, friendly and supportive attitude to work as a team.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Respond to warm leads/incoming sales enquires via telephone and email ensuring a professional mannerism at all times.
- Follow-up phone calls and emails to potential customers.
- Provide detailed course information to clients, answering any questions they may have in regards to courses and payment
- Follow up on sales leads including referrals from current candidates.
- Proactively increase business growth through lead generation, upselling and cross selling.
- Complete outreach activities including; mailshots and call drives to drive sales leads.
- Transmittal of candidate results from assessments to the certification body.
- Take payments from customers.
- Prepare sales documents such as agreements, invoices and quotes according to the company’s standards
- Strategic account management of existing and new corporate clients.
- Record notes on CRM system keeping your sales leads information up to date.
- Ability to use own initiative and cope with competing demands to priorities tasks.
- Demonstrate the full potential of our services and products to clients.
