Dragonfly Lettings is an ARLA qualified, independent lettings agent covering the whole of Norfolk. We pride ourselves on delivering exemplary customer service; something we have demonstrated through our Google reviews and by winning the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award.
The role is varied and will be well suited to someone who is friendly and polite, with great attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks. You will be provided with comprehensive training so you feel fully supported and can complete the job to the best of your ability.

What to expect:
- Handling general email and telephone enquiries
- Greeting customers and contractors in branch
- Arranging appointments
- Undertaking all property management duties
- Supporting the lettings team
- General office administration
You must have at least 2 years' experience in a Lettings/Property Management role. We will consider less experienced candidates for our Property Coordinator role.
Be part of a fun, energic and close-knit team who support each other. We can consider full or part time hours between Monday and Friday, subject to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
