Job description
Accurate use of multiple systems to include booking systems, vaccination stock, inventory and ordering of equipment and supplies required to provide vaccination services across multiple service delivery models.Work with the recruitment and management teams to ensure accurate information is provided to staff working in vaccination clinics and working time sheets are recorded and approved appropriately. Co-ordination and supervision of administrative teams to make direct patient calls to specific cohorts to arrange visits / appointments e.g. housebound, care homes referring to clinical managers as appropriate.The post holder will undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery, often with tight deadlines and changing demands.The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.
