Our Experience Ambassadors entertain guests from around the world and provide a world-class guest experience for visitors. You’ll welcome our guests to Johnnie Walker Princes Street guiding and delivering their personal whisky adventure.
Performance Artists excite and fascinate visitors from around the world by performing and delivering tour experiences at JWPS. You’ll leave our guests with memories of a fantastic whisky tour and a truly one-of-a-kind souvenir –terrific stories to share with their friends.

The Experience Support Assistants play a critical role in the overall operations. The team carry out a multitude of tasks to keep operations running smoothly, including but not limited to preparation, set-up, and organising equipment and supplies, to enable the experience team to provide a world-class visitor experience.
