Job description
As an Executive Support at Klarna, you will be part of the Executive Assistant team and provide a helping hand to the Executive Leadership Team and their assistants. While you will be able to provide support to the whole Executive Leadership team, your first focus will be our CFO as you are based in London.The main tasks as an Executive are: ad hoc requests at the office (room setup, food deliveries), travel arrangements, internal event planning and calendar management. You will assist with planning and provide support for any group travel and events that pertain to the entire Executive Leadership team and will manage the leadership team’s shared events calendar.
Responsibilities
- Ad hoc requests to facilitate our CFO general work life at the London office
- Supporting in various fields, such as calendars, scheduling events, coordinating domestic and international travel
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be involved in one-off projects and initiatives – generally you should be ready to contribute across the business and provide structure and organization wherever possible
- Willingness to travel
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong time management, process management, and productivity skills
- Ability to see the big picture and all the smaller details at the same time
- A strong service mindset
- Quick on your feet
- Analytical and like to work within Sheets (G-suite)
- A passion for administration done properly
- Be an expert in calendar management and know when to prioritize.
- A self-starter with a pragmatic approach – if you see something that needs fixing or support, you don’t hesitate to step in
- Consistently and proactively suggest and introduce new ways of working to improve effectiveness, you are a team player and you love to work at a fast pace
Experience
- Previous experience in roles that require service skills and delivery towards short deadlines
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus
- Experience from administrative & logistic work tasks
- Proven experience working with sensitive information
- Excellent Google suit-skills
- Fluency skills in verbal and written English
