Location: Newbury / London (Blended - Home & Office)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What You’ll Do

Resource Management of internal employees and external project resources
Finance accountability – correct cross charging of projects
Demand Management – ensuring all new demand has the required acceptance criteria
Portfolio Planning support during the annual planning cycles
Ensuring there is a significant amount of resources for the Portfolio projects, this will be in line with the capex budget
Ensure that all projects/people are capitalisable against the set capitalisation targets.

Who You Are

Excellent communication & collaboration skills with Senior stakeholders
Strong finance skills to manage a birds eye view of the Portfolio health status
Innovative problem solving skills
Experience with Change Management
