About the role
We’re looking for a curious, target driven individual, who will support and drive the growth of Kaplan’s international student recruitment activity by ensuring Sales operations are performing to a high standard and constantly evolving in the fast paced and ever-changing landscape of global, international student recruitment.
Reporting to Associate Director of Sales Operations, and as a key member of the Sales team, you’ll bring your exceptional organisational skills, keen eye for detail and results driven approach to supporting the team in reaching ambitious targets, optimising processes and ensuring continuous improvement. You’ll be passionate about higher education and working with colleagues from around the globe.
Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new employees: Ownership of the onboarding and induction process for new staff including management of the MR onboarding training hubs including development and updates, and department intro sessions.- Training/Updates: Organising and executing a range of training activities both internally and externally including organising team updates and meetings both online and in-person.
- Operational and administrative: Ownership and development of the sales SharePoint site, manual, organisation charts; supporting financial planning processes and annual sales-focussed activities; ownership and management of approval processes and automations; information management, sharing and storage.
- Reporting: Oversight and reporting on global travel calendar, partner engagement, team engagement.
- Supporting annual activities and other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role to meet strategic objectives of the team.

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with and influence a wide range of audiences
- Self-motivated with a curious nature with a desire to learn
- Extremely customer focused
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Proven experience in the end to end management of projects
- Process-driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadline, to meet challenging targets
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Flexible to a dynamic workload
- Knowledge of working with project management, collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, Miro, Zoom)
- Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS 365 including SharePoint

Desirable
Customer relationship management software (particularly Salesforce)- Experience of using project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com)
- Working with overseas teams and across different time zones
- Desire to contribute innovative new ideas, insights and approaches to drive efficiencies
