property maintenance operative/ pressure washing/window cleaner Swansea, Wales
Job description
We have a position available in our growing maintenance team in the Swansea area.
The position covers general preventative maintenance. the roll will include
- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- hedge cutting
As part of our service we also offer emergency callouts and carry out any extra work required at the property by our contracted customers(call outs are very rare)
We mostly cover areas in and around Swansea. The type of properties we cover are
- Residential properties
- Holiday lets
- Commercial properties
This position comes with a company van fully kitted out with all equipment required for the preventative maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have experience in property maintenance and/or working in construction.
this will be a position that does require working by yourself(after training)
all work must be to the highest standard and completed in a scheduled amount of time. the right candidate will someone enthusiastic with a excellent work ethic.
Shifts are generally Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work and the odd evening shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary:£22.880 /year
Guaranteed 40 hours a week plus overtime available.
