At Canford Healthcare we specialise in providing quality residential care for the elderly across our group of care homes. A fantastic and exciting opportunity at Parkfield House Nursing Home based in Hillingdon, Uxbridge.
Parkfield House is an elegant 40 room home which has been carefully refurbished and converted into a delightful home which offers a full range of specialist care to the very highest standards. Each member of our exceptional team understands that the best care is personal, understanding and supportive, and most importantly is provided with a smile.
As the Clinical Manager, you have responsibility for assisting in the day to day management of the Home and care team. As part of the management team you will have responsibility for ensuring that the home operates successfully ensuring the best possible care is provided to our residents.
You will have previous experience within a similar role and be an RGN or RMN with an active PIN.
In the role of Clinical Manager we would expect you to have a "hands on approach" to working with the Nursing & Care Assistant teams ensuring we apply the highest standards of modern and professional practice, ensuring all the needs of the residents are individually catered for, with particular emphasis for emotional, spiritual, nursing and physical requirements.
The role will entail working some weekends, undertaking night visits and adapting your rota to suit the needs of the business to support staff within the home.
