Our HR team is now looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant to lead on the executive search requirements of the business, utilising high quality search strategies that lead to strong, diverse candidate shortlists for Directors and C-Suite level vacancies.
About The Role
The Executive Search Consultant utilises their in-depth industry knowledge and extensive network to target dynamic candidates that best fit the unique needs of our business.
- Accountable for the end-to-end management of all Executive Search activities for Harrods
- Lead and engage appointed talent researchers to jointly build extensive networks through multiple channels
- Provide exceptional communication and candidate experience throughout their engagement with Harrods
- Develop an annual search strategy and forecast for the business
- Providing guidance and support to the Chief People Officer, and Directors to ensure we are adopting the right approach when hiring Senior Leadership into and through the business
- Build detail role briefs with the executive team for all active search assignments
- Conduct in-depth first round interviews for all shortlisted candidates providing detailed candidate briefings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
This role is a fixed term contract covering a maternity leave and is across three days a week. These three days can be flexible.

About You
About You
You will have significant executive search experience gained in a leading executive search firm, working directly with external clients. In-house experience would be a benefit, but not critical, as would consumer facing business experience working with retailers and luxury brands.
You will need to be skilled in identifying and attracting passive candidates, building strong pipelines across a multitude of industries and functions.
You will have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, the ability to quickly build and nurture relationships across the business.
