This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing and communications professional who has a passion for content creation and campaign management, to join our team as a Campaign and Content Executive.

**This role is integral to delivering value to our growing membership and our ambitious plans to raise the profile of our work and increase engagement across a wide variety of stakeholders.
The postholder will be responsible for designing and delivering a variety of campaigns across all digital channels, as well as identifying and creating assets and content that showcase our work.
The successful candidate will be highly creative with an ability to communicate the value of our membership offer and the impact of our projects through innovative copy and visual assets. They will be an experienced storyteller who knows how to deliver messages and generate impact through multiple channels.
The Campaign and Content Executive will have an established understanding of planning and delivering multi-channel, digital campaigns and assets. They will have a strong knowledge, and working experience, of using a range of web-based platforms including social media, email marketing tools, website and search engines. They will also understand and be able to demonstrate an ability to tell compelling stories to multiple audiences through written and visual content production. They will have experience of producing assets including written copy for blogs, articles and news stories along with videos, animations and static images. They will understand the importance of and have experience of utilising a professional, on-brand tone of voice and well as the ability to adapt content and tone for different audiences and channels.
The candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and planning skills which are imperative as they will be managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
This role offers flexible hybrid working, enabling our colleagues to divide their time between our head office in Loughborough and working from home. Specific details/flexible working options can be discussed as part of the interview process. Key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Creation and implementation of multi-channel campaigns to communicate and deliver defined impact for individual projects and whole organisation strategic priorities.
- Research, planning and creation of written and visual content to underpin campaigns which will be delivered through a combination of email, social media, website and third-party owned channels.
- Creation of ‘on-brand’ assets and content which are delivered on time and to budget.
- Development of relationships across the organisation and with stakeholders to enable the sourcing of impactful stories and content (written and visual) which can be delivered across multiple channels.
- Effective planning and execution of campaigns against agreed key performance metrics including reporting.
- Providing commentary and insight on campaign and asset performance.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
