We are looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to support the UK & IE General manager, HR Director and Regional Finance Director providing a full range of confidential personal assistance based at our head office in Castleford (Ridings Point).

We have a hybrid approach to home-working!

A Day In The Life Of An Executive Personal Assistant

  • You will understand the work schedules and ways of working of the Leadership team members you support
  • You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to members of the Leadership team by arranging both internal and external meetings and events including preparing agendas and documents
  • You will manage complex diaries and prioritise schedule to optimise time effectively
  • You will complete minute meetings, retain and distribute an accurate record of formal meetings, draft correspondence, compile reports and management of ongoing actions log
  • You will, where applicable, manage the Leadership team members email correspondence and where possible respond on their behalf, ensuring that appropriate action is taken, and complete confidentiality is adhered to at all times
  • You will ensure the Leadership Team members are properly briefed and prepared for all meetings, events and visits which will require written briefings using gathered inputs from relevant sources and colleagues
  • You will assist the Leadership team members workload ensuring that targets and deadlines are met and where possible take forward actions/projects on their behalf
  • You will liaise with external clients and business guests
  • You will manage the provision of organisational, travel and other logistical support to the Leadership Team members
  • You will complete expenses in our internal system in a timely manner
  • You will use our internal SAP system for managing payments
  • You will provide cover when other PA’s are on annual leave to other members of the Leadership team

Who We Are Looking For

Do you have...?

  • Previous experience of similar role or background in supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Proven significant experience working in a consumer healthcare business; including substantial experience in consumer marketing or retail roles across all product categories such as licensed, MD’s & food supplements (not a must as we are happy to consider candidates coming from any sector)
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and Concur systems would be an advantage but training can be provided
  • A very flexible and adaptable mindset towards a highly varied role where no two days are the same
  • Discrete manner when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
