£35k pa plus competitive benefits package

If so, join us in this exciting role supporting the Director of Fundraising, Director of Patient Services and Nursing and The Chief Medical Director, enabling them to make the best and most effective use of their time.
Reporting to the CEO’s Executive Assistant this role will provide excellent, professional and wide-ranging executive PA support.

About you
It’s an exciting time to join Sue Ryder. To hit the ground running you will have previous experience of executive PA support including excellent minute-taking and meeting management at a senior level. You will have demonstrable experience of working confidentially and discreetly with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be a team player who can work under own initiative with excellent IT and organisational skills.

Reporting to the CEO’s Executive Assistant this role will provide excellent, professional and wide-ranging executive PA support.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as a main point of contact for all Director’s enquiries
- Ensure communication between the Directors and their SLT is maintained.
- Proactively manage the Directors’ diaries, including frequent changes in schedule, liaising with various offices and venues including equipment requirements, room set up and refreshments.
- Admin support for Quality team (including Deputy Director of Nursing) and fundraising team.
- Management and organisation of events and away days (virtual and face to face).
- Minuting of regular meetings.
