We are looking to recruit to an Executive Personal Assistant who will provide support to the Strategic Director of Education, Children and Families Services.
Working in the wonderful City of Sheffield, you will be supported to gain extra skills and career development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the Children's Senior Leadership Team and to experience first hand the positive impact of their work.

The role will be working closely with the Team Manager and Personal Assistant in managing a wide range of projects and services including daily supervision of the office as well as management and maintenance of office systems. The post holder will have proven experience at working within a busy environment at a senior level and able to establish positive working relationships with a broad range of internal and external people. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be self-motivated and confident in managing a complex and varied workload. Specifically, the post holder will work alongside the Team Manager through a period of change as we embark on our journey within a newly established committee system.
