Executive Assistant with Operations

This is a remote role with a view to going hybrid in the future.

Why does this opening exist?

Due to the accelerated growth of the business, The Link App are looking to appoint a driven, ambitious and adaptable Executive Assistant who takes a hands-on approach to their daily responsibilities. The Link App is looking for a proactive and focused professional to coordinate activities across different functional teams, adopt a data-led approach to driving business improvement, and take ownership of the general day-to-day running of operations.

Main areas of contribution

The primary focus of this role is to aid the CEO and management team in the day-to-day running of the business. Pro-actively managing their diary, emails and deadlines. As well as this, you will be responsible for managing and improving the operational processes and systems of the business, from KPIs and best practices, to actioning customer insights and reporting on product improvements.

Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for helping the business run and grow as effectively as possible. This includes the collection, analysis and management of product and user data which allows the product team to consistently improve and optimise our offering.

This position is a key hire for The Link App and this will give an ambitious and data driven person the opportunity to help manage a high-growth SME.

What are we looking for?

Ideal Experience:

● Experience with granular diary management at executive level

● Experience with detailed email triage to save the CEO precious time

● Experience with adhering, and ensuring the CEO adheres, to all deadlines

● Experience improving existing processes and tools to ensure streamlined and efficient operations

● Experience collecting and analysing data, identifying opportunities and using this knowledge to help the product team improve and optimise the platform for our users

● Experience building systems to capture, review, and analyse usage information and other key product and user data

● Experience within a fast paced small business environment

● Experience of building operational systems

● Experience of working with cross-functional teams (product, technical, and sales)

● Experience working with customers to help improve the product roadmap

● Experience making sure user-facing teams (e.g., Sales and Onboarding) are ready with the information and processes required to support new clients

● Experience of using data to turn into actionable business decisions

● Experience integrating closely with product managers and engineering to bring an operational mindset to product development

● Experience working closely with the CEO on KPI framework

● Experience with all financial matters including invoicing and payroll

● Experience with general administrative work and organisation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
