Executive Assistant to the Partners
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to our Partners (the Executives). The role will be based in Kidlington, nr Oxford, mainly office based with opportunity to work from home.
The role involves working with the 5 Partners to manage and support their exceptionally busy diaries, inboxes and the commitments they make to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be proactive, able to act without guidance, as well as having excellent organisational and time management skills. Key aspects of the role include:
- Preparation and attendance at Partner Meetings collecting Agenda items, capturing action points, updating partner documents and following up on the allocated actions
- Preparation of monthly company information for sharing throughout the business (Team Brief)
- Travel arrangements and logistical planning
- Planning external conferences, workshops, seminars, and other company events as well as internal events including monthly all staff meetings and company social events.
- Liaising with members of staff throughout the different disciplines and also external parties such as clients, suppliers and press

Requirements and skills
- Proactive approach with outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and able to recognise the need for discretion and confidentiality
- PA diploma or certification is a plus
- Preference for work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
